Shipping policy

ORDERS & SHIPPING: • All orders are considered final once they’ve been accepted and confirmed by Specialty Furniture. Acceptance is subject to credit approval by our finance team. By placing an order, the customer agrees to all terms and conditions outlined here. • Freight charge is extra on all orders. Freight will be quoted for approval as needed. • Orders shipped F.O.B. destination, prepaid via Specialty Furniture private truck, or common carrier, will be shipped in accordance with scheduled dates of delivery. • Extra costs may apply to orders that require special delivery arrangements such as tailgate delivery or delivery to an inside location. • Orders will all be shipped via standard courier. It is the responsibility of the customer to have receiving personnel on there end to unload and bring in the building. Specialty Furniture offers “Install” services to do this for the customer but must be charged separate from Freight on the order. Contact your sales rep for an install quote if needed
